This Quick Reference guide contains the basics that you need to know to start getting the most out of your JobHippo system. You can always refer back to this if you get stuck with anything.

To Log into JobHippo, simply visit the JobHippo website and click on the Login button in the top right hand corner.

You will then be taken to the Login screen to enter your login details.

Upon first login you will be greeted with the Launch Panel. This will give you some quick access shortcuts to some commonly used functions.

The Quick links panel is a dismissible panel that gives you another set of easy to access links for commonly used functions.

JobHippo provides you an easy to use dashboard that gives you key information at a glance. This includes quote, job and invoice details so you can have a high level overview of your business.

The main menu displayed vertically on the left hand side of the screen. This has icons that will take you into the various views. From top to bottom:

Moving to the bottom of the menu bar, we have the notifications bell and the help icon which you can use to chat to a JobHippo team member or access the JobHippo Campus for help articles. The bottom avatar icon will allow you to reset your password and logout of your account.
